Who we are

Electrum Ignite (“we,” “us”) is an independent coaching program operated by Wolfe Strategic Partners. This policy explains what data we collect through electrumignite.com and how we use it. Questions? rwolfe@wolfestrategic.com.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors navigate the site — pages viewed, time on page, referral source, and approximate location derived from IP. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) that identify a browser across visits. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising retargeting.

You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Data you submit via Calendly

When you book a diagnostic call, our Calendly embed collects the name, email address, phone number (optional), and any answers to the intake questions you provide. Calendly stores and processes this data on our behalf. We use it to schedule and prepare for the call, to follow up with you afterward, and — with your consent — to add you to occasional program updates. We do not share this information with third parties except as needed to operate the booking (Calendly), the calendar (Google Calendar), and email correspondence.

Retention and your rights

We retain booking and correspondence data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet reasonable business records requirements. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing rwolfe@wolfestrategic.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
